Adam Guildford
Director
Previous to co-founding Real Estate Recruitment, Adam had many years of experience in the front line of real estate and property development, particularly focused on investment property. His experience includes sales and management roles within property investment/development companies in both NZ and Australia, followed by ownership of his own property investment business.
Adam’s knowledge and contacts within the property industry mean that he can provide our candidates with excellent opportunities for career change and advancement. Adam brings a very professional approach to his work and has a strong determination to match both our candidates and clients with the right business opportunities so that it is mutually beneficial for all parties.
Jason Carr
Director
Jason Carr is the founding member of Carr Consulting LTD and Real Estate Recruitment, in both New Zealand and Australia.
Jason brings over 15 years of business growth consultancy, recruitment, company merges and management experience to his clients. Working from individual offices, through to senior corporate levels, Jason is regarded as one of the most successful Real Estate growth consultants in the business and he sits on the board of several leading Real Estate companies in Australasia. Jason brings a passionate desire to help Real Estate companies develop into attraction businesses. The results have been outstanding with many of his clients, being number one offices within their brand both nationally and internationally.
Jacqlyn Gasson
Consultant
Since 2014 Jacqlyn has worked alongside some of Australasian real estate’s top performers in Melbourne and Auckland.
Starting in administration Jacqlyn has moved up the ranks in such roles as Marketing Assistant, Sales Associate and eventually Branch Operations Manager, therefore she has an intimate knowledge of the ins and outs of running a successful real estate business. People are drawn to her friendly, compassionate nature and soon learn this is underlined by a steely work ethic, exceptional organisational skills, and attention to detail which ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly. Jacqlyn’s commitment to excellence and ability to form strong relationships with her candidates help her deliver exceptional service and satisfaction.
Eula Farnsworth
Consultant
Working with RER since 2014, Eula is one of the longest standing consultants at the company. She is highly experienced in negotiating contracts and has developed excellent relationships with agents and clients all over the country. A good listener, Eula will always advise in the best interests of everyone she is working with and is skilled at matching the needs of the agent with the best possible contract and environment.
Coming from a solid finance background within the fashion industry in London, she started up her own successful online marketing business on her return to NZ which she then sold a few years later. She has a great understanding of what it takes to get a business of the ground, as well as enhance a thriving business. Eula’s motto is always to offer the best possible service to her agents and you can trust her to ensure that you will be taken care of long after you sign the contract. Her great reputation is evidenced by the fact that a large portion of her business is now referrals by agents who have moved and are successful and happy within their new environments.
Janet Wehipeihana
Consultant
Janet has a background in education and real estate,
having been a Primary teacher for twenty years followed
by a successful real estate career for 15 years. During
this time she worked for a variety of companies where she
received numerous awards for her listing and selling
achievements and was sought after by various
companies.
Moving to Real Estate Recruitment in 2012 Janet was
instrumental in securing positions for our clients in the
Wellington and Kāpiti Coast areas.
A lifestyle move to the Gold Coast in Australia in 2014
saw her working side by side with one of Australia’s top
agents for 5 years before returning to NZ to be with
family.
Since then Janet has returned back with RER working
closely with both Adam and Jason.
Ella Wilson
Consultant
Ella made a smooth transition to RERNZ having worked in the real estate industry for over 12 years, to which she developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry across administration, management and sales. Working alongside some of the top sales agents in NZ and having first hand experience of the industry allows Ella to empathetically and strategically match agents with the perfect career solution to see their business grow.
Prior to real estate, Ella obtained her undergraduate degree in Literature and Philosophy, which built strong communication foundations, boding well for her customer service career to follow. This coupled with her enthusiastic, bubbly personality creates an inner drive to establish strong connections with her clients.
Nardia Meissner
Consultant- Australia
Nardia joined the team in Australia in 2021, bringing with her a strong background in
corporate business development and business ownership which allows her to bring an
entrepreneurial skill set to both RER’s clients and candidates alike.
She has a passion for helping people and building quality relationships, which has
resulted in her being a successful consultant who gets great results for our clients. She
is consultative focused and benefits the candidates she deals with by making their needs
a priority.
Nardia is an avid animal lover and enjoys spending her free time with her fur babies on
outdoor adventures and spending quality time with her family and friends.
