Real Estate Recruitment (RER) was established in 2010 to provide growth opportunities to Real Estate owners and Real Estate Salespeople. In that time RER has facilitated over $500 million gross commission of growth to our clients through mergers, buy outs and most commonly, the recruitment of over 2000 established real estate salespeople.

RER are the Agent's Agent – and we believe that everybody has the right to grow. We work with selected group of clients in New Zealand and Australia who are passionate about their growth and providing excellence and match the right salespeople with the right business so both can enjoy success.

With years of experience and knowledge RER provide strategic growth plans to real estate company owners and managers, while at the same time providing guidance to real estate salespeople about opportunities that could boost their performance and profitability and help them achieve their goals.
